The Institute had an eventful year 2016. We Rocked Against Racism with Syd Shelton's photographs in Helsinki, hitchhiked the internet with LaBeouf, Rönkkö & Turner in #TAKEMEANYWHERE - and hosted a dozen museum professionals and artists through our Mobius and residencies programmes as well showcased new Finnish circus in London. Along with organising exhibitions for young Finnish artists, we also supported Finnish comic art at the Lakes International Comic Art Festival in Kendal, and will continue our cooperation with the growing festival next year with an even more ambitious programme.
