Event space

Festivals and cultural events are an important part of both British and Finnish cultural policies. This programme strand focuses on the topical challenges posed to event policies by the new production processes and mobile forms that define cutting-edge cultural events. Furthermore, the new event space is produced in collaboration between actors ranging from the arts to social movements.

The aim of the programme is to explore these topical questions of event policies and to facilitate international network projects.
